APMI HELLO GREEN TOMORROW: Paper Party Campaign
In support of Avon’s thrust to promote Hello Green Tomorrow in the workplace, APMI implemented another series of Paper Party campaign last 7th of December 2009. In this 2 day program, each Department was encouraged to:
- Sort all obsolete files in respective work areas, records, or file rooms
- Purge all records that are less than the defined duration in the QMS Quality Records
- Straighten sorted files for easy retrieval
- Clean the workstations by getting rid of trash and unnecessary items
- Systematize and organize their respective work areas
All in all, the Paper Party 3rd campaign generated 3778 kg worth of paper to be recycled. This amount is a positive sign that APMI supports the campaign and this also brings awareness to the rest of the Associates to focus on conserving resources.
