The Come Back Kids of Asia Pacific are definitely back! Avon Philippines is once again recognized with the prestigious Chairman’s Bowl and the Star of Asia Awards. These awards bring our team to another level of distinction as the market who has won the most honors in the entire Avon world! Congratulations to all of you!

Before I left for the World Wide Management Conference, I had shared with several associates that I would be truly disappointed if I did come back empty-handed. You can imagine my pride now as I bring home these awards, the result of all our hard work, testament of what we have accomplished and a foretaste of what we can still achieve TOGETHER.

My heart brims with pride with what we have accomplished in a span of three years. It is because of your tireless efforts that we now stand as the envy of Asia Pacific and the rest of the Avon world. It’s the proudest moment part of my career to have the opportunity to lead this team. I have seen what this team is capable of and knowing just how driven, committed and energetic you all are gives me the confidence that we are definitely on track for the highest award of all - The Avon Flame.

As we move forward to what promises to be another historical year, let these awards fuel the momentum as we work towards clinching the Chairman’s Challenge by the end of the first quarter.

Let’s continue to focus on investing in plans that will drive representative and unit growth. Let’s approach each opportunity with careful steps to ensure that we remain on track. And, together, let us keep eyes fixed on that burning light at the end --- the Avon Flame!
