Melinda “Mae” Castellano is one of our 2nd quarter service awardees.  A Branch Sales Trainer from Taft Branch, she reached her 20th year milestone in Avon last May 1, and is proud of the said accomplishment.  As a recipient of the enhanced 20th year Service Recognition Program themed “Family & Work – Perfecting the Balance”, Mae was entitled to a night-out with her family. 

Mae beamingly shares “I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to Avon for the “Family and Work – Perfecting the Balance” incentive that you've given me. It was truly a memorable event because I was able to share it with my children.  Being a single mom, I make it a point to make my children feel whole despite the situation and provide them with their needs.  We've been to many places, but that night was the first time I brought them to a comedy bar. The experience remains to be a highlight in our conversations.”
