Growth of its employees is one of the top priorities of Avon this year. With software know-how fast becoming a need to perform better in one’s post, the HR team has scheduled an MS Excel 2003 workshop last April 30, 2009 for nominated employees.
Given the premise of its wide usage, backed by numerous requests from associates, participants of the training were truly engaged in the session.
Avon partnered with dBWizards, a solutions and services provider, to give participants the tools and resources for this training. It also served as an opportunity for attendees to achieve a total learning experience of the MS Excel 2003 tool.
