The second installment of the Management Skills Training for Leaders workshop held last May 25-29, 2009, paved the way for Avon leaders of different roles and locations to sharpen their managerial skills and grow into well-rounded leaders. This training also became the venue to equip them with in-depth leadership skills through a series of modules and activities conducted. 

Facilitated by Jackie Cañiza and Mic Dimaano of the HR department at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Manila, the said workshop was welcomed with enthusiasm and excitement by the group.
