Message from the President & GM
Dear Associates,
Welcome to the June issue of AvonSpeak!
It has been a challenging few weeks for all of us, but the great teamwork you have shown has allowed us to consistently improve our service to Representatives. It is very heartening to receive good feedback from them and to see their earnings restored to normal levels. As I have said before, the service crisis has been a test of our resilience and determination to succeed . We will look back on it from the future as a better and stronger team that has learnt much from the difficulties that we faced and overcame together.
We owe it to our Representatives to ensure that service for the second half of the year is above their expectations. I ask each one of you to help me ensure that this happens.
In this issue of AvonSpeak, we reaffirm our commitment to women with the re-launch of Speak out Against Domestic Violence. This year, Avon has pledged support to three more NGOs to institutionalize their hotline- IMA Foundation in Pampanga, G-Wave in Dumaguete and LUNA in Davao. With this effort, we will ensure that many more women break free from their cycle of abuse.
We are also highlighting the internal efforts of the company to support your career development. The launch of the Career Fair highlighted the need for each of you to take responsibility for your own career, with Avon supporting you.
Lastly, we are featuring the branches that are experiencing the New Avon Look. Iloilo, Malolos and Las Pinas can now boast this great improvement. I hope you enjoy hearing about them.
Finally, I want to thank you all for your support and commitment throughout the past few weeks. I know that many of you have worked long hours with great enthusiasm to ensure that we protected our business and the livelihoods of many of our Representatives. Your efforts are truly appreciated. This is what makes our company extraordinary!
Sincerely,
