This year Avon Philippines made a very big move in transferring its National Distribution Center (NDC). It meant a new place, new people and of course, new challenges. Though the impact may be indirect on my part, I was involved during the project's pre-implementation activities at the old NDC, and I got to experience my very first Avon wall to wall!! For me, it was a challenge working with people I haven't met before. But, Avon gave me the opportunity to work with competent associates to ensure satisfaction of our Representatives and customers through our products.
