As everyone strives to have work-life balance, I plan to get myself into life-enriching activities like cooking, nurturing my relationships with my close friends and family, getting into sports and try new things. I've toned down a lot with all the partying and I feel this was a good thing for me and my career. I truly feel that if I get to do activities I humbly enjoy outside of work, I know for sure that I'll be able to perform better and meet my 2010 career goals.
There's nothing like leaving the office on a Friday knowing you've done all that you've done and coming to work on Monday feeling excited again to be part of something big and wonderful. In that aspect, I've realized the reason why I love working in Avon is that it gives me my busiest days, but Avon also rewards me by making me look forward to a life and career that touches people's lives.

- Think out of the box - I'll think of ways to better improve processes and coordination in the workplace.
- Keep a positive work attitude
- Help my staff/team members achieve their goals - Teamwork is the key here. They'll help me succeed too.
- Stay focused - Concentrate exceeding beyond the reachable goal.
- Be more resourceful - Research and implement current technologies to replace/enchange existing company tools. If I learn something, then, the company can benefit from it too.
- Attend any training or seminar opportunities (even those that are not sponsored by the company)
- It will help enhance my skills to get the job done.
- Be involved more in our processes - This is the only way to know what works and what doesn't.
That way, I'd be able to suggest solutions / contribute answers even no one asks.
